The Steam Single brings all of the beloved features of SLAYER's popular Steam LP into a smaller footprint. Easily pull manual shots while shifting between flow rates to 'record' your favorite shot and 'playback' all day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit lets the barista more gently saturate the coffee bed for more balanced, consistent extractions.

• Internal Fresh Water Reservoir — 2.5 L supply, discreetly located internally. Optional Plumbing Kit sold separately.

• Removable Drip Tray Basin — Easy collection of waste water for non-plumbed applications.

• Independent Brew and Steam Tanks — PID-Controlled Brew Tank (0.8 L, 900 W) is separate from the Steam Tank (2.4 L, 2,000 W) so each can maintain optimum temperature stability.

• Brew Group Actuators — 3-position actuator allows you to shift between flow rates effortlessly.

• Dedicated Pre-Infusion Water Circuit — A dedicated hydraulic path to ensure a consistent, repeatable reduced flow rate. Programmable up to 10 seconds.
